1. Petite Mill Hill Beads Purple #40252 & Gold #42011

3. Wool Roving to stuff the hat
4. 6mm orange bells
5. Dinky Dyes 7mm Black Coral #130 and Green Cameo #196 silk ribbons
6. 1-1/2” light green sheer Ribbon on hats brim
7.  WDW Wool Fabric #3900 Kohl for the brim of the hat
8.   Skirtex interfacing
9. #1153s spider, #1102t bat, and #4538L and Spooky cat face      Buttons along with a half-moon happy face Pin by JABC
10. Acid free mat board - Optional
11. 3/8” Ribbon for making a bow
12.   White, Orange and black beading or upholstery threads
13.   6 mm Purple beads attached to the L Green Ribbon

 
Another suggestion for finishing your Witch’s hat is to use an old box spring or just a rectangular shaped ornament.
