POSTAGE:

Domestic shipments are generally made via Priority Mail or UPS
 
You must request if you desire to use First Class with U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
AND if you desire your package to be insured for your protection.
Blackberry Lane Design is not responsible if your package is damaged or lost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

No international orders at this time


QUESTIONS WITH YOUR PATTERN:

Our goal is to make sure the designs and directions are as accurate and complete as possible. I will be happy to assist you with any of your questions, comments or suggestions you might have.

Because of the copyright laws all patterns are non-refundable. This also includes your postage fee.  


RETAIL SHOPS:

 Initial orders require a copy of their current business Retail Sales License. Additional information may be requested to open an account. Once credit has been established, terms are NET 30.
A finance charge of 2.5% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance over 30 days past due.
