Information For Shopowners
Blackberry Lane Designs will be sending to retail shops our e-mail newsletter containing information about upcoming
releases and other relevant news and announcements.
An automatic program is also available for shops wanting all new releases–you choose the quantity. If you are interested
in this service, please e–mail us with your shop name and request. Blackberry Lane Designs respects your privacy and will
NOT share or sell your information!
By request, a wholesale price list is available by e-mail, fax, or US postal service.

POSTAGE:
Domestic shipments are generally made via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) using First Class or Priority Mail, unless you request another method.
All shipments outside the U.S. will use USPS International First Class or Priority Mail-international rates will apply. International orders will only be insured at the purchaser’s request and expense. All orders will include the appropriate customs forms and, if needed, an accurate and complete declaration.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Retail Shops: Initial orders require a copy of their current business Retail Sales License. Additional information may be requested to open an account. Once credit has been established, terms are NET 30. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance over 30 days past due.
All orders MUST include:
Name of chart
Quantity requested
Your complete company name
Contact person's name and phone number
Your mailing & billing address (if different)
Your e-mail address (a confirmation will be sent when the charts ship)
There are no minimum order requirements.
All in-stock items will be shipped daily after receiving payment by PayPal, money order (in US$), or your company’s business check.
No personal checks will be accepted.
We reserve the right to ship your order after your check has cleared.
There will be a US$45.00 fee for all returned checks.
Merchandise returns:
All merchandise returns must be authorized by a Blackberry Lane Designs authorized representative.
We try very hard to process and ship all orders as placed. However, we acknowledge that mistakes do happen.
If you receive the incorrect merchandise, please let us know and the error will be corrected as soon as possible.
Please be aware that U.S. Copyright laws do not permit the return or exchange of copyrighted materials.
